Hello all, I have only seen it online, at Mawson Allergy centre, and sometimes at IGA Lyneham, but I almost thought that Kingland soy cream cheese was OMS-friendly, Bummer. Both Kingland soy cream cheese and Toffutti better-than cream cheese are out. They have health-claims about non-hydrogenated oils. As these oils are canola in Kingland, or soybean, palm fruit and olive in Toffutti, neither are OMS www.kingintl.com.au/soy-cream-cheeseFrom a 250 g packet, Kingland is 29.7 g fat, 12.4 saturated, 4.2 polyunsaturated, and 13.2 monounsaturated. www.tofutti.com/dairy-free-cheeses/cream-cheese/non-hydrogenated-cream-cheese/Translating to 100g from the serving Toffutti is 16.7 g fat, 6.66 g saturated, 6.66 TRANS FAT. See www.organicconsumers.org/news/vegan-cream-cheese-good-and-just-plain-uglyHas anyone seen Follow your heart Vegan cream cheese in Canberra? Is it OMS-friendly? followyourheart.com/products/cream-cheese-3/Cheers, Michael

OMS is Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis 😎
I stopped eating cheese completely after diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and that's okay too.
All the best 🍀

You're right. Abstinence is best. ;-) It isn't even missing out, really. George has bright line, never ever, rules. Karen Taylor suggested that it is possible to have one serve off-plan for your birthday and Christmas.
This works if you hold to it, otherwise your W.I.T. will be diseased...

So sorry for late reply! How rude of me. It is the OMS motto- Whatever it takes. Sadly, I think it could also be some noted ex ALP pollie's too. Graham Richardson (?)
