Oprah and Deepak Chopra do a meditation challenge. If anyone wants to try meditation, this can be an easy place to start if you are thinking of trying it out. For 21 days they release a 15-20 minute meditation which also consists of mantras and 'thoughts for the day'. Each 21 day challenge focuses on a different theme. There is one starting today which focuses on Relationships. It doesn't cost anything. I googled Oprah meditation challenge and accessed the website to sign up and begin the program.
